Principles of California Real Estate

Complete the Principles of California Real Estate course to satisfy the educational requirements before you can take the California real estate salesperson's examination.

This online course focuses on teaching accurate and current information, and it is designed to maximize both understanding and retention. It covers all of the topics tested on the state exam, and includes interactive exercises and hundreds of sample exam questions designed to prepare students for the state exam. The course is comprehensive and is directed at students with little or no experience in real estate.

Continuing Education Principles of California Real Estate Demo

Online students will also receive a copy of the Rockwell Institute's Principles of California Real Estate textbook at no additional charge. This textbook covers all of the same topics as the online course, and it provides students with a very useful supplemental study tool. It contains over 500 pages of information, including many multiple-choice questions not available online. The textbook is included in your tuition price.

Salesperson’s Cram Course

Many students finish the Principles course with a sense that they have learned a vast amount of information but don't really know what to emphasize in preparing for the exam. The Cram Course is designed to help students focus on the essential information most likely to be tested on the state exam.
In the Cram Course, the student is led page by page through the Principles of California Real Estate textbook, with the most important segments of the book highlighted.

Questions typical of those found on the license exam are strategically placed throughout the course to show not only what topics are tested, but also how they might be tested. At the end of the course, the student can test their knowledge with three mock examinations.
